Our first Beginner class this week went very well. Based on my outline we learned the basics supplies and how to use them, including the general sizes to cut cards and their layers.
The really fun part was using Stazon and Memento Ink pads as the base color several times with an open image stamp as our experiment base. Then we first colored with Water Color Pencils, then with Stampin' Write Markers and then with Stampin' Blends to show the different looks. These all come in a wide variety of colors. When we applied the Aqua Painters the images took on a whole new look!
The final event of class was the making of a #simplestamping card using the new Playful Penguins Cling Stamp Set with Memento Ink and Pacific Point Ink Pad.
