SPOOKY PAPER PUMPKIN

I was having some fun today working on family Halloween using remnants of last year's and this year's September Paper Pumpkin.
The first was a deco item. I started with an inexpensive pumpkin then wiped some ink from a Pumpkin Pie Blend  on to a cloth rag to add color to the indentions of the pumpkin.  I used Soft Suede Blend to fill in around the stem area. Using STAZON Ink Pad next I stamped a splash from Artisan Texture Cling Set in several places; then bats flying in different directions. Using Rich Razzelberry Blend I colored some of the velum discs in the 2019 set and placed them behind the skeleton webs. I glued words from the 2018 set in different places plus die cut skeletons from this year's set.  To top it off I used my cutter to very thinly shave glitter paper. This makes it curl.  I used several 6" clumps to get the fullness I wanted. To attach these I used a rubber band.  Place the rubber band on the stem. Insert each clump of curls over the top of the rubber band to drape over until full enough. Fix the band with  4-6 straight pins around, sticking them into the rubber band.

Next, cards for my six teen grandkids!
Again I used what was left of the Paper Pumpkin kits. I used Gorgeous Grape Stamp Pad for the purple skeletons waving goodbye to the bats. The B is from the new Hand lettered Prose dies. I followed through with more spiders on the inside of the card.
