I get bored easily so I borrowed the Stampin' Up!
Cat Punch #144666 to play. Ladies, did i have fun! I started out just punching solids I thought I might use later. Then I punched a few retired DSPs. (Designer Series Paper, you know the pretty two sided papers)
I liked the possibilities of that, so I went to our current DSP. First Bird Ballad's #149592 cute polka dot, then some of the graceful vines (those I had to cut out by hand; fussy cut). I was going to use the empty bird cages which I love, but that might have looked too cruel with a cat perched there, don't you think?
Next I used the oh so beautiful Pressed Petals #149500! Talk about interesting cats!! You can move the punches around on the printed papers until you find just the right look for your project. Mine are sitting in fields of flowers because I punched at the edge of a bouquet.
I backed the printed cats with solid Card Stock (CS)
to give more depth.
Add drawn whiskers, dots for eyes, maybe a string of dots for collars, or tiny bow; Voila' very fetching cats.
